About us...

Sunflower is a truly family run business – Husband and wife Mark and Jane and daughter Lucy all work in the shop, in Alsager, Cheshire. Even youngest daughter Sophie gets involved on event days and holidays.

As well as running the on-line shop, the deli (Delissimo), we also run our local farmers’ market.  So we are kept pretty busy most of the time. 

When we’re not doing that, we love to go walking in the beautiful Cheshire countryside.  We are so lucky that we live within striking distance of the Peak District and the South Cheshire and North Staffordshire canal network.  Mark’s just (finally) had a new bike so we get about a bit faster.  We live about 4 miles from our shop – along the canal towpath - or about 3 miles waking across the fields so it’s not a bad commute to work.
